About Us

Shorewalk Palms Condominium Association is a condominium hotel community in Bradenton, Florida.  We're a unique community that welcomes short and long term rentals as well to enjoy the Florida sunshine.  Each unit is individually owned and managed as either a full, part time rental or as owner occupied.  Our rental community is international, multi-lingual, and open 24/7/365.

The Beautification Committee is formed by a group of owners in 2015. Since the inception of this group, recommendations have been made to the Shorewalk Board that include adding colorful plantings, tree trimming, power washing, paver and sprinkler repairs, fencing, and mulching. In 2022 the Beautification Committee was made aware of grants available for habitat restoration. Our success with being recipients of these grants inspired the adoption of the following mission statement;

The Beautification Committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for the enhancement of the Shorewalk Palms Condominium Association’s landscaping and grounds. The Beautification Committee focuses on habitat restoration, restoring the water quality of the ponds and improving the survival of flowers and foliage by using native plantings

This website is a product of the Beautification Committee of Shorewalk Palms.  We hope to continue our efforts to restore our community's  native habitat and to educate and inspire all that enjoy our community with this understanding of the need to help our environment.
