NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT GRANT

Shorewalk Palms participates in the Manatee County Neighborhood Enhancement Grant program.    Shorewalk Palms owners and visitors has increased awareness of the delicate Florida environment and have made a commitment to pursue more native and Florida friendly plantings in our landscape.

To date the community has used funding to plant native seagrape plants on a section of our perimeter and look forward to seeing these plants grow into a lush setting which will promote an improved habitat for native wildlife.
